1. Overview
The HTFC (DT) cabinet centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise box type centrifugal fan. The product consists of a low-noise forward leaning multi wing centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, transmission components, and soundproof box. According to different installation positions, 12 different angles of air inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the needs of users in different installation environments. According to different requirements for fire protection and ventilation, there are two types: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are installed outside the box for fire smoke exhaust and have been tested for high temperature resistance by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center in accordance with GA211-1999 "High Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Smoke Exhaust Fans". They can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions with 300 cores; The B-type motor is installed inside the box for ventilation and air exchange.
1.2. Fans are divided into thirteen specifications ranging from 9-40 according to their machine numbers
The series air volume range is from 1650~85000/h, and the full pressure range is from 180~1000 Pa. The HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan has been continuously improved and developed, and can now be divided into four types: 1, 11, I11, and 1V. Among them, the I and 11I types are single speed types, and the I1 and 1V types are dual speed types, equipped with dual speed motors to achieve two speed adjustments, which can meet the needs of users for performance adjustment at different operating points. The fan can also be equipped with a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency controller to achieve stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the frequency between 25Hz and 50Hz
1.3. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environments, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan with an explosion-proof rating of EXd11BT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases,
1.4. To meet the requirements of noise in different places, fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, and the soundproof box of the fan can also be thickened to reduce fan noise.
1.5. Fans can be equipped with primary, medium, or high-efficiency filters to improve air cleanliness. When configuring filters, actual pressure loss should be considered, and the length of the fan casing should be appropriately increased.
