Operation and application of axial flow fan

1. Working conditions

Working temperature: -20~+40C (can operate continuously): High temperature resistance: 100C (can operate continuously for 20 hours);

300C (can run continuously for 60 minutes):

Humidity: less than 90%;

Medium conditions, air;

Working power supply, three-phase, 380V/50Hz.

2. Fan application

Fans can be widely used for ventilation and smoke exhaust in hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, industrial and mining enterprises, office buildings, and other places, especially in places that require low noise and high air volume ventilation and smoke exhaust.

4. Processing technology

4.1. The fan impeller and casing are made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal, all produced in molds, using riveting, biting and other methods, with a clean and smooth surface and no welding deformation.

4.2. The soundproof box body of the fan adopts a frame and box plate assembly design. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending unit and stretched in one go (aluminum alloy profiles can also be used according to user needs). The box plate is a color coated plate with a clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance, which can further reduce noise. The product can be disassembled and assembled on site.
