1、 Characteristics and Applications

Induction fan is a part of the ductless jet induced ventilation system, which consists of the supply fan and exhaust fan to form the entire system. The principle is to use a system designed and appropriately arranged multiple induced draft fan nozzles to shoot high-speed airflow, induce fresh or processed outdoor air, and deliver it to the required area without ducts, achieving the best indoor airflow organization and achieving efficient and economical ventilation. When using a ductless jet induced draft system, the cost of designing, manufacturing, installing ducts and other supporting engineering can be saved, which is much more expensive than using an induced draft unit. Moreover, the entire floor is used as a ventilation duct, and the required air pressure for the supply and exhaust fans is much lower than when using pipelines. This allows the use of fans with high wind volume and lower air pressure to be avoided, reducing the required power and significantly lowering the investment cost of operation. When the supply and exhaust fans stop running, the induced draft fan can still operate, playing a role in local ventilation and air exchange,

The induction fan is equipped with a high-efficiency centrifugal fan, low noise, small size, light weight, easy to lift (both vertical and horizontal), and easy to maintain. It is widely used in underground parking lots, as well as in large areas such as pavilions, parking lots, warehouses, sea fields, supermarkets, and entertainment venues

YDF-I induction fan is generally used in windless induction duct fan systems, with two structural forms of vertical and horizontal dual-use. The motor adopts a single-phase motor dedicated to the fan.

The jet induction system can be designed with an intelligent system that installs air quality sensors in the induction space to detect carbon monoxide concentration. The controller automatically controls the start and stop of the induction fan to achieve automated control.

2、 The advantages of induced ventilation system compared to traditional duct ventilation system are:

1. The system planning and design are simple, with great flexibility in design changes, easy modification, flexible layout, and the spray direction can be adjusted anytime and anywhere; 2. Easy installation, simple construction, can be installed in targeted locations, eliminating blind spots:

3. Easy and convenient maintenance, single machine maintenance. Does not affect the operation of the entire system:

4. The ventilation quality is high, and the induction system ensures complete air circulation throughout the entire space, leaving no dead corners and improving air quality; 5. The fan is made of high-quality cold-rolled flat plates, with a sprayed surface. The whole machine is beautiful and elegant, and has good coordination with space decoration.

6. The motor adopts a maintenance free fan specific motor, with a built-in high-efficiency centrifugal fan and low noise. The impeller has undergone high-precision dynamic balance verification, with small displacement.
